Online marketing: social media, Blogs email are the online channels to sell the product.
Offline: Print & Electronic media are used as vehicles to deliver product message in the market.
Concept of exchange
There are 2 parties:
A is supplier and B is Buyer
- Both must have something to offer each other value,
- they communicate each other to exchange to meet their needs.
